UPDATE ON GIRL'S ENROLLMENT
Girl's Enrolment: There has been a delay in enrolling girls who are currently not in Qur'an (ie. those praying Qaida / Takti). Insha Allah, we are in the process of opening a new class for these students and hope to notify parents as soon as we have a date on when their child will be likely have a place at the Jame'ah
We appreciate the concern from parents but assure you we are trying our level best to meet the demand and enroll as many students as possibe, as early as possible. We thank you for your co-operation and request your Du'as in this matter.
Alhumdulillah, over the years, Jame'ah has managed to adopt and implement an admissions and enrolment system which ensures that the majority of its applicants are enrolled within one academic year.
We cannot enroll or take admissions for any children who are below the age of five. Any applications received for students under the age of five are rejected.
We enrolled the majority of our students in the new Academic year, August 2007. We have also re-opened the waiting list and parents can make applications for their children who are aged above five.
As many people will be aware, Jame Masjid is currently under construction and therefore the Salaah takes placed in the Madrassah building. We are therefore currently compromised with class space and have had to reduce the number of students we enroll.
We have received many new applications and queries regarding the enrollment date for children on the waiting list. We are currently calculating the spaces we have available in selected classes and we will be phoning parents during the month of Ramadhan to inform them if their child has received a place in the Madrassah.
We would appreciate your co-operation in this matter and we would like to notify you that we are trying our level best to enroll as many students as possible without compromising the quality of the teaching imparted at the Madrassah.
We urge all parents to refrain from calling us in regards to the availability of a place before 30th November 2007.
