Please read the following notes prior to completing the Application Form.
The Madrasah will only consider those applications which meet the following conditions:
1. The child must be aged five and below the age of sixteen
2. The applicant is a British citizen, or has a valid visa to remain and study in the United Kingdom
3. The applicant and parents accept and are willing to abide by the Madrasah Rules, Regulations and Policies
If the applicant meets the above conditions the following criteria will be followed:
The applicant will only be offered a place if there is a availability of space in the Year suitable for the applicant (according to the applicant's age)
If there are more applicants for a limited number of spaces, preference will be given in accordance to the following list:
1. Interview to assess whether the applicant's level of praying is in accordance to the year in which enrolment is sought
2. Siblings within Madrasah
3. Catchment Area
4. Date application was made
5. The age of the child (older child will be given preference)
Once the Application has been made:
Once the application has been made and your child has been added to the waiting list, the following steps will be taken:
1. Your child will be given a short test to allow us to assess his level of education and suitability for the relevant class
2. If the application has been made between March and July, your child may not be considered for enrolment until the next academic year.
3. If the application is made between September and February, then your application will be checked on a weekly basis to check availability of space within the class required.
Upon Availability of Space:
Upon availability of space you will be receive a phone call from the Madrasah to arrange a pre-entry test to ensure that your child's level of education is in accordance to the class.
Please ensure that your details are up to date. If any details change please inform us immediately so that we are able to contact you.
What You Need To Do:
Please remain patient in regards to your child's application. The forms are registered on the system and reviewed regularly for an available space.
Please ensure that you inform us of any changes to the details written on the application form. We will need up to date details to be able to contact you.
